During Q4 2025, volunteer groups linked to Scientology community initiatives reported a range of local activities across Europe. The quarter’s roundup featured local environmental and civic volunteering, alongside drug-prevention outreach and information campaigns and human-rights education based on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights delivered through partner programmes.
Organisers cited initiatives across multiple European settings, from Italy and France to Czechia, Denmark and Switzerland, with volunteers supporting local communities, small businesses and civic organisations. Some initiatives also referenced *The Way to Happiness*, a secular moral code written by L. Ron Hubbard, as a framework for everyday responsibility and respectful conduct.
Ivan Arjona-Pelado, the Church of Scientology’s representative to the EU, OSCE, Council of Europe and the United Nations, commented: “Europe’s values are strengthened when citizens choose practical responsibility—keeping news eu taxonomy public spaces clean, sharing factual prevention tools, and teaching the next generation that rights and dignity apply to everyone. Social cohesion grows through consistent, local action.”
